Carbon Classic
Carbon Classic is a 60-minute workout designed to increase strength, build lean muscle, and improve conditioning.
Each workout starts with a dynamic warmup, followed by two focused blocks of strength training. We wrap up with targeted conditioning to build capacity without burnout.
Every part of the session is intentionally programmed to drive progress, support recovery, and deliver long-term performance gains.
Carbon Companion
Carbon Companion runs every Saturday morning and is all about starting your weekend strong. This fun, high-energy partner workout is designed to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day.
Members are encouraged to bring a guest for free, so grab a friend and kick off your weekend with good people and great training 😎
